Suizenji Jojuen Garden is located in the east to Kumamoto castle, around 10-minute drive will take you to this beautiful garden. Built in the middle of 17th century in the medieval style by the feudal lord Hosokawa. You will be welcomed in the surroundings of the beauty of well-kept pine trees and a pond with a lot of colourful Koi (carp) fish, turtles and herons.
You will also have a view of the “Local Mt Fuji” showing up while you are walking around in the garden. Come visit here and feel the atmosphere.
